利用电子探针、X-射线和Therm-Calc软件计算等方法研究了Si、Mn、Nb、V、Al、C等合金元素在高强TRIP钢各组织中的分布规律。研究结果表明:Si、V、Al等元素在铁素体中的固溶量大于在贝氏体中的固溶量,Mn、Nb在贝氏体中的固溶量大于在铁素体中的固溶量;Nb、Al等具有强碳氮亲和力的元素在测定区域内分布不均匀;铁素体中的碳呈平衡态分布;贝氏体铁素体中的碳呈过饱和态分布,碳元素主要分布于奥氏体中,固溶碳大约占TRIP钢中碳含量的70%。
The distribution of Si, Mn, Nb, V, Al and C alloying elements in the high-strength TRIP steel was studied by means of electron probe, X-ray and Therm-Calc software. The results show that the solid solution amount of Si, V, Al and other elements in ferrite is larger than the solid solution in bainite. The solid solution amount of Mn and Nb in bainite is larger than that in ferrite The content of solid solution; Nb, Al and other elements with strong affinity for carbon and nitrogen in the determination of the distribution of non-uniform region; ferrite in a balanced distribution of carbon; bainitic ferrite in the supersaturated distribution of carbon, carbon The elements are mainly distributed in austenite, which accounts for about 70% of the carbon content in TRIP steels.
