音乐课程目标的设置以音乐课程价值的实现为依据。通过教学及各种生动的音乐实践活动,培养学生爱好音乐的情趣,提升音乐感受与鉴赏能力、表现能力和创造能力,提高音乐文化素养,丰富情感体验,陶冶高尚情操。培养小学生的音乐能力,已经成为当前小学音乐教学改革的发展方向,在学生的学习和生活中占有重要地位,所以要重视小学生音乐能力的培养和提高。为实现这一目的,在小学音乐教学过程中,不仅需要调动学生的主观能动性,并且更加需要调动教师的主观能动性。只有双面发挥主观能动性,小学音乐教育才能获得成功。
