数字电视时期,传输流携带的内容被大大扩充,数字电视节目以及与传统电视节目完全不同的数据型增值新内容也将通过传输流来传送,用节目来描述这些新内容容易产生混淆。因此,数字电视用相关的SI(业务信息)表来表征数字电视提供的全部内容。而数字电视机顶盒为了能正常地接收和正确地处理SI,应提供一个基本图形化的用户界面,为用户提供接入到系统信息的显示,并允许用户通过图形化界面控制数字电视机顶盒的操作。
In the period of digital TV, the content carried by the transport stream has been greatly expanded. Digital TV programs and data-based value-added new content totally different from the traditional TV programs will also be transmitted through the transport stream. It is easy to confuse these programs with the description of these new contents. Therefore, digital television uses the relevant SI (Business Information) table to characterize the entire content provided by digital television. In order to receive and correctly handle the SI normally, the digital TV set-top box should provide a basic graphical user interface to provide users access to display system information and allow the user to control the operation of the digital television set-top box through a graphical interface.
