美国哈佛大学心理学教授丹尼尔·霍尔曼在《情感智商》一书中指出,在对一个人成功起作用的要素中智商占20%,而情商则占80%,在人的创造活动中,这些情感因素能起到启动、定向、引导、维持、强化、调节、补充等多方面的重要作用。小学数学教师如何运用适当的教学策略,才能构建数学乐园,充分调动和开发学生的情商和智商,做到以情促智。下面谈谈本人在实践中的一些体会。一、建立良好的师生关系,创设宽松的学习环境
