目的：对比微血管减压术（MVD）和伽马刀(GKS)治疗原发性三叉神经痛（PTN）的临床效果以及其预后分析。方法以本院150例被确诊为原发性三叉神经痛的患者为观察对象。按照不同的治疗方法分为两组，治疗组69例采用MVD方法进行治疗，对照组81例采用GKS进行治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果以及疼痛缓解率进行统计并分析。结果使用MVD治疗患者，痊愈率高于GKS组。两组的差异有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论使用MVD和GKS治疗原发性三叉神经痛都可以对疼痛有所缓解，但是总体上MVD的疗效好于GKS，可以成为治疗该病的首选治疗方式。GKS也可治疗身体状况稍差不能承受手术或者年龄较大的患者。“,”Objective: Comparison of micro vascular decompression (MVD) and gamma (GKS) for treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia (PTN) analysis of the clinical effect and its prognosis. Methods: In 150 cases in our hospital was diagnosed with primary trigeminal neuralgia patients. GKS also can cure body slightly worse cannot withstand the operation or older patients.
