In recent years, the state-owned wholesalers of industrial products have been in trouble, of which textile wholesalers are particularly difficult to manage. In the past, the largest profitable household in the state-run business system has now become the largest loss-making enterprise. Among them, textile secondary stations are even more difficult to sustain. Take Hebei Province’s state-owned commercial textile wholesale system as an example.
