随着经济的发展,建筑工程造价管理日益被企业和客户重视。现代企业工程建设施工的成本控制的基础和企业实现投资建设成本管理的重点都是围绕着建筑工程造价管理问题而进行的,另外,建筑工程造价管理,也是建筑工程施工中企业的经济利益保障和实现企业长期盈利能力构建的关键。本文分析了现代建筑工程施工企业中工程造价管理的现状及存在的问题,提出了现代建筑工程施工企业应以动态工程造价管理理论为指导。在研究文献资料的基础上,对现代建筑工程造价动态管理与控制进行了客观地分析与论述,并得出具体的解决对策。
