国有保险公司因脱胎于计划经济体制 ,在内部管理上存在诸多掣肘因素 ,管理水平明显滞后于业务发展的要求。应对入世挑战 ,积极参与竞争 ,国有保险公司当前的首要任务之一是苦练“内功” ,强化管理 ,实现四个方面的转变 ,即 :人力资源管理由任用向配置转变 ;业务管理由速度向绩效转变 ;财务管理由核算向控制转变 ;管理手段由粗放向规范转变。
The state-owned insurance companies, born of the planned economy, have many constraints in their internal management and the management level lags far behind the requirements of business development.
