从理论上分析了用于128×128PtΑSiIRCCD的微透镜成象机理,采用光线追迹法建立发微透镜阵列的数学模型和设计方法,并探讨了微透镜阵列折射率与填充系数的关系,主透镜的F数与衬底厚度的关系,使用计算机模拟设计得出了微透镜阵列的最佳尺寸。
The mechanism of microlens imaging used in 128 × 128PtAlSiIRCCD is analyzed theoretically. The mathematical model and design method of establishing microlens array using ray tracing method are also discussed. The relationship between the refractive index of microlens array and the filling factor is discussed. The relationship between the F number and the substrate thickness, the optimal size of the microlens array is obtained by computer simulation.
