以过氧化苯甲酰为交联助剂,将苯乙烯接枝改性的玉米淀粉和聚乙烯醇交联共混,增塑剂和保湿剂改善塑性和耐久性能,用水、碳酸氢钠和偶氮二异丁腈混合发泡,研究了发泡剂用量、物料配比、发泡温度对材料性能的影响。结果表明:发泡温度为110℃,m(淀粉)∶m(苯乙烯)=2∶1,m(改性淀粉)∶m(聚乙烯醇)=5∶1,m(碳酸氢钠)∶m(偶氮二异丁腈)=2∶1,二者用量为总质量的2%,水量为20%时,发泡材料的力学性能和表观密度等综合性能较好。
Using benzoyl peroxide as a crosslinking aid, the styrene-modified corn starch and the polyvinyl alcohol are cross-linked and blended, the plasticizer and the humectant improve the plasticity and the durability performance, and the water, the sodium bicarbonate and the even Nitrogen diisobutyronitrile mixed foaming, the effects of the amount of foaming agent, the ratio of materials and the foaming temperature on the properties of the materials were studied. The results showed that the foaming temperature was 110 ℃, m (starch): m (styrene) = 2:1, m (modified starch) m (azobisisobutyronitrile) = 2: 1, both the amount of 2% of the total mass, the amount of water 20%, the mechanical properties and apparent density of the foam properties such as good overall performance.
