今年中央全面深化改革领导小组第十次会议上,审议通过《中国足球改革总体方案》。其中期目标之一,是要实现青少年足球人口大幅增加。其中包括用3年时间把校园足球定点学校由目前的5000余所扩展到2万所,以及从今年起逐步建立健全小学、初中、高中和大学四级足球联赛机制。消息一出,立即引发广泛热议。根据《温州市青少年校园足球活动实施方案》,我市首批定点布局学校有39所,包括市实验小学等14所小学,市二十三中等13所初中,及市二中等12所高中,增补市四幼等5所幼儿园和我乐青少年体育俱乐部1家俱乐部,共45家定点单位,遍布全市各县(市、区)。
At the Tenth Meeting of the Leading Group for Overall Deepening Reform of the Central Government this year, the “Overall Plan for Reform of China's Football Reform” was deliberated and adopted. One of its medium-term goals is to achieve a dramatic increase in the soccer population of adolescents. These include expanding the school's soccer designated schools from 20,000 to 20,000 in three years and gradually establishing a four-tier soccer league system for primary, middle, high school and university starting from this year. As soon as the news came out, it immediately sparked a heated debate. According to “Wenzhou Youngsters Campus Football Activities Implementation Plan”, the city's first batch of 39 schools designated layout, including the City Experimental Primary School and other 14 primary schools, the city twenty-third medium 13 junior high schools, and the city two secondary 12 high schools, supplement City, four young kindergartens and other five clubs and I music youth clubs, a total of 45 designated units throughout the city counties (cities, districts).
