四月十二日,黎城县人民政府以黎政发(1995)14号文颁发了《黎城县人民政府关于加强基层统计工作的几项规定》。县政府行文规范统计行为,在黎城县尚属首次,对于有效地提高统计数字质量将发挥十分重要的作用。
On April 12, Li Cheng County People’s Government issued the “Li Cheng County People’s Government’s Several Provisions on Strengthening Basic-level Statistics Work” with Li Zhengfa (1995) No. 14 Document. For the first time in Li County, the county government has standardized the statistical behavior and will play a very important role in effectively improving the quality of statistics.
