尽管输精管结扎术已很普遍,但对垂体一性腺轴的激素的影响尚不清楚。本文报告了经5年随访的54例前瞻性研究结果。受试者为1972年10～11月在局麻下经阴囊作了双侧输精管结扎术,术后精液分析证实效果满意。全部受试者均健康,年龄26～53岁(平均37.9岁),平均子女数为2.83(2～5个)。分别于术前和术后的3、12、36、48和60个月取血,用放射免疫法测定血浆LH水平,用竞争性蛋白结合技术配合纸上色谱法测定血浆睾酮水平。LH正常范围为0.6～
Although vasectomy has become common, the effect on hormones in the pituitary-gonadal axis remains unclear. This article reports the results of 54 prospective studies over 5 years of follow-up. The subjects were bilateral vas deferens ligation under local anesthesia from October to November 1972, and postoperative semen analysis proved satisfactory. All subjects were healthy, aged 26 to 53 years (mean 37.9 years), the average number of children was 2.83 (2 to 5). Blood samples were taken before and at 3, 12, 36, 48 and 60 months postoperatively respectively. Plasma LH levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. Plasma testosterone levels were determined by competitive protein binding assay coupled with on-line chromatography. LH normal range of 0.6 ~
