某矿1950～1982年的平均年淘汰率逐年上升;淘汰时的平均年龄和服务年限分别为36.39岁和11.82年;预测八十年代初入矿工人的期望平均服务年限为16.01年;工业外伤和各种疾病是井下作业服务年限短、淘汰率高的主要原因。本文对改变这种现状进行了讨论并提出建议。
The average annual elimination rate of a mine from 1950 to 1982 increased year by year. The average age and service life of the mine during the period of elimination were 36.39 and 11.82 years respectively. The expected average service life expectancy of miners in the early 1980s was 16.01 years. The industrial injury and Various diseases are the main reason for the short service life of the downhole operation and the high elimination rate. This article discusses changing this status quo and makes recommendations.
