科技评价活动是科技管理的重要手段和环节,是对科学技术发展与社会进步之间互动关系的把握、控制和预测。在实际评价中,不同要素和单元都被纳入到科技评价活动的整体视野和网络中,科技评价活动之评价对象的特征多样性,评价环境系统的差异性,各子系统之间开放、反馈、融合的互动性,形成了科技评价系统以及由此产生的系统复杂性问题。借鉴物理事理人理(WSR)系统方法论分析视野,从客观性(物理)、建构性(事理)与价值性(人理)三个维度,尝试对科技评价活动系统复杂性的成因做出破解性分析,以期对科技评价的理论研究和实践活动提出可能的认识路径。
