1988年是中国计算机学会成为全国一级学会后举行全国会员代表大会(通信)并完成理事会换届选举之后的第一年。在改革深入发展的形势下,制定了《第四届理事会的工作目标及1988年度工作要点》(1988年5月26日四届二次常务理事会议通过)(以下简称‘目标与要点’)重要文件,为开展学会工作和搞好学会活动打下了一个好的基础。依据‘目标与要点’回顾一年来学会、各工作委员会、办公室及及其挂靠单位和各位常务理事及绝大多数专兼职学会干部都积极认真负责地开展了工作,学会各专业委员会根据“目标与要点”积极开展了本专业的学术活动和组织建设工作,1988年度工作要点共提出
The year 1988 was the first year after China Computer Society became a member of the National Congress of Delegates (Communications) after completing the first-level council election and completed the general election of the council.
