油茶林夏季挖山季節快到,各行必須在黨政統一領導下,根據各級黨委、政府當前油茶墾復計劃了積極組織發放貸款。各行過去對這一工作重视不够,又缺乏經驗,以致貸款過於分散,貸款期限規定的不恰當,對象也不準確,對貧困油菜林農的經濟困難帮助解决的不够,致影响了貸款的效果。為了支持墾復計劃的順利完成,便於各地對此項貸款的掌握,特作如下指示: 一、貸款對象及用途掌握方面:应配合有關部門加强調查研究,及時發放,以支持群众墾複油茶杯。貸款的對象是有大量油茶林的農業社、互助組
