山东省高密市第五届村(居)民委员会换届选举工作,自1996年10月初开始,历经一个月,经过组织筹备、宣传发动、酝酿确定、正式选举、总结验收五个阶段,大胆在民情复杂、宗派矛盾重重、班子更换频繁等乱村中公开依法选举,成功地产生出了群众满意,市、乡镇党委政府满意的村委班子,在市、乡镇产生了良好的社会反响。
