最近十几年来,金属电子显微镜广泛用来进行组织、结构、成分以及断口分析等各方面的研究工作。在材料和工艺研究中,常常需要对低倍组织或光学金相中某一局部进行深入研究,如材料的局部缺陷,铸造的不同结晶区组织、锻造的不同变形区组织、表面热处理组织、焊缝及热影响区组织等;断口研究,特别是断口定量研究和故障分析等,都要求对断口的源区或不同形貌区域仔细地观察分析,因此希望实现二级复型的定点观察。在通常的塑料-碳二级复型中,由于醋酸纤维素溶解时体积要膨胀,使碳膜容易打卷或破碎。虽然有些资料介绍了一些改进方法,但实际应用报道尚少。本文探索了制备完整平展碳膜复型的途径,并对焊缝熔合线及不同应力比的拉伸疲劳断口进行了定点观察研究,收到了良好效果。
In the recent ten years, metal electron microscopes have been widely used in the research of tissue, structure, composition and fracture analysis. In the research of materials and processes, it is often necessary to study some aspects of the low magnification or optical metallography in detail, such as local defects of materials, different crystalline zone structures for forging, different deformed zone structures for forging, surface heat treatment structure, weld and Heat affected zone organization; fracture research, especially fracture quantitative research and fault analysis, require careful observation and analysis of the source area or different topography of the fracture, so we hope to achieve the fixed point observation of secondary complex. In the usual plastic - carbon secondary complex, due to the dissolution of cellulose acetate to expand the volume, so that the carbon film roll easily or broken. Although some of the information introduces some improvement methods, there are few reports of practical applications. In this paper, we explored the ways to prepare a complete flat carbon film replica and conducted a fixed-point observation on the weld line and the tensile fatigue fracture with different stress ratios, and received good results.
