基于“差异比较”的教学方法,本文通过权利、义务、超义务奉献等概念间的比较,明确了公益慈善的行为逻辑;通过政府、市场、第三部门、“公私权界颠倒”的传统体制等组织类型的比较,明确了公益慈善组织的“结构–功能”定位。厘清概念边界以后,通过各种史观的比较,明确了“普世人文主义的‘有限理性–进步价值观’”之基本立场。在明确上述概念与史观的基础上,建立“中国–西方”、“传统–现代”与“国家–社会”的逻辑联系,结合相关的实证研究材料,最终形成《中西公益慈善组织现代化比较》课程教学的基本解释框架。
