依据热弹塑性理论,建立了铁塔角钢搭接焊件应力及变形的有限元数值分析模型。考虑焊接残余应力与变形的影响,利用ANSYS有限元软件对不同外力作用下输电铁塔用Q345角钢搭接焊件的应力场和变形进行了模拟计算,分析了两者的分布特征,并与未搭接角钢的变形及应力进行了比较。结果表明,外力作用下,角钢搭接焊接件应力分布特征及应力值与焊接残余应力相近,而其变形仅为未搭接铁塔角钢的1/3,表明采用角钢搭接加固处理后铁塔抗变形能力增强,刚度显著提高。
According to thermo-elasto-plastic theory, the finite element numerical analysis model of stress and deformation of angle welded lap weld was established. Considering the influence of welding residual stress and deformation, the finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the stress fields and deformations of Q345 angle lap weld of transmission tower under different external forces. The distribution characteristics of the two parts were analyzed, Then the angle of deformation and stress were compared. The results show that under the action of external force, the stress distribution characteristics and stress values of the angle lap weldment are similar to the welding residual stress, but the deformation is only 1/3 of the angle of the unattached tower, indicating that the tower anti-deformation Increased ability, stiffness significantly increased.
