本文结合我国特殊教育学校师资的建设现状,在分析特殊教育学校师资建设存在的问题的基础上,从提高特教教师的专业化程度;加强特教教师教研、科研队伍建设;树立特教教师全新的思想认识、缓解心理压力三个方面探讨了特殊教育学校师资建设的对策。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the construction of teachers in special education schools, this paper aims to improve the specialization of special education teachers, strengthen the teaching, research and research team building of special education teachers and establish a new Thinking and relieving psychological pressure to explore the countermeasures for the construction of teachers in special education schools.
