目的:建立蜜炼川贝枇杷膏中有效成分薄荷脑和苯甲醛的气相色谱测定法。方法:采用DB-1毛细管柱(0.32mm×30m×0.25μm),程序升温,柱温80℃,保持1min后,以10℃.min-1升至180℃后,继续以25℃.min-1升至250℃,保持5min,进样口温度为220℃,检测器温度为260℃,FID检测器,无分流进样。结果:薄荷脑在浓度(3.18~31.8)μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.59%;苯甲醛在浓度(5.25~52.52)μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.27%。结论:该法简便、准确、可用于蜜炼川贝枇杷膏中薄荷脑和苯甲醛测定方法。
Objective: To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of menthol and benzaldehyde, the active ingredient in honey beeswax. Method: DB-1 capillary column (0.32mm × 30m × 0.25μm), temperature program, column temperature 80 °C, hold 1min, after 10 °C.min-1 rise to 180 °C, continue to 25 °C.min- 1 liter to 250°C, hold for 5 minutes, inlet temperature is 220°C, detector temperature is 260°C, FID detector, no split injection. RESULTS: The linearity of menthol in the concentration range of (3.18-31.8) μg.mL-1 was good (r=0.9998) and the average recovery was 98.59%. The benzaldehyde concentration was in the range of 5.25-52.52 μg.mL-1. The linear relationship was good (r=0.9999) and the average recovery was 98.27%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, and can be used for the determination of menthol and benzaldehyde in honey beeswax.
