目的建立偏瘫康复液中士的宁和马钱子碱的含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供参考。方法采用高效液相色谱法,采用Diamonsil ODS C1(8250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(11:89,三乙胺调pH值为2.8),流速:1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为260 nm,柱温为室温。结果士的宁在28~280μg.mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.34%,RSD为2.07%;马钱子碱在24~240μg.mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.25%,RSD为1.95%。结论该方法能简便、灵敏、准确的测定偏瘫康复液中士的宁和马钱子碱的含量,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of strychnine and brucine in hemiplegia rehabilitation fluid and provide reference for its quality control. Methods High performance liquid chromatography with Diamonsil ODS C1 (8250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (11:89, pH = 2.8 with triethylamine) mL · min-1, the detection wavelength was 260 nm and the column temperature was room temperature. The results of strychnine in the 28 ~ 280μg.mL-1 concentration range of good linearity, the average recovery was 97.34%, RSD was 2.07%; strychnine in the range of 24 ~ 240μg.mL-1 concentration range of linear Good, the average recovery rate was 98.25%, RSD was 1.95%. Conclusions This method can be used to determine the content of strychnine and brucine effectively, accurately and sensitively in the hemiplegia rehabilitation fluid and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
