在分析ＭＲＰ－Ⅱ运行机理的基础上描述了构成ＭＲＰ－Ⅱ系统各功能模块之间的相互作用，提出了综合使用ＪＩＴ、ＭＲＰ和ＧＰ的方案，并在ＭＲＰ－Ⅱ系统中插入模拟环节以改善系统性能，在此基础上给出柔性ＭＲＰ－Ⅱ系统的控制模型。
Based on the analysis of the operating mechanism of MRP-II, the interaction between the functional modules that make up MRP-II system is described. The scheme of using JIT, MRP and GP together is put forward and the simulation is inserted in MRP-II system to improve System performance, based on which the control model of flexible MRP-Ⅱ system is given.
