对不同叶位及分段的香蕉叶,进行9种大量元素和微量元素的含量的比较,结果得出:施钾使钾、锰、锌含量增高,而氮、铁、钙和镁的含量降低;各元素含量对施钾的反应的敏感程度为:钾>钙>镁>锰>铁>锌>氮、磷和硼;对施钾较敏感部位是:钾、钙、铁、锰和锌在下位叶,镁在上位叶,氮在叶片中;第五叶脉钾含量时施钾较敏感,以第五叶叶尖至叶基的1/3-1/2处叶脉为适宜的钾素诊断采样部位;第五叶脉钾含量高于第一叶脉钾含量为供钾充足表现。
