科学普及太重要了,应从小学抓起,尤其对农村小学。 科学技术发展到“可上九天揽月”的今天,在我国农村还依然存在着不少的文盲和科盲。这些人由于不懂科学常识,时常做出一些令人啼笑皆非的事来。例如,我县雷池乡有户农家,因不懂农药的性质,在自家承包的5.6亩棉田里错误地喷施了化学除草剂,造成棉苗全部枯黄,蕾铃大量脱落。经济上受到了很大的损失,从一个小康之家滑到了乞讨的边缘。有的农民所买的农用机械,因使用不当,不到两年,就成了一堆废铁。
