现场混凝土质量控制中的关键问题之一是对砂子含水量的控制,砂子含水量的变化是很频繁的,并且有较大的变化幅度。以某水电工程的资料(见图1) 为例,可以明显地看出,现场砂子含水量的变化是较大的。因而,对砂子含水量的变化进行及时的测定是非常必要的。我们应用红外技术研制了红外线干燥箱(见图2),用该箱来测定砂子含水量,500克试样只需5分钟就烘干,这比电热式烘箱及电炉炒干要快好几倍,使用起来也很方便。
One of the key issues in the control of on-site concrete quality is the control of the moisture content of the sand. The change in the moisture content of the sand is very frequent and has a large range of variation. Taking the data of a hydropower project (see Figure 1) as an example, it can be clearly seen that the change in moisture content at the sand site is larger. Therefore, it is very necessary to measure the change of water content of sand timely. We used infrared technology to develop an infrared drying oven (see Figure 2), using the box to determine the moisture content of the sand, 500 grams of the sample to be dried in just 5 minutes, which is several times faster than the electric oven and electric stove fried dry, It is also very convenient to use.
