对王水热浸提—原子荧光光谱法测定菌类食品培养基中砷、汞的方法进行了实验研究。结果表明砷、汞标准系列浓度分别在:0.000~0.080mg/L;0.0000~0.0060mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)分别为:1.0000;0.9999,相对标准偏差分别在:4.4%~7.0%;2.2%~2.4%之间,加标回收率分别在:96.0%~103%;98.0%~101%之间,方法检出限分别为:0.18ng/ml;0.022ng/ml。为菌类食品的安全生产提供了简便、快捷的检测方法。
The method of aqua regia - atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of arsenic and mercury in fungus culture medium was studied. The results showed that the standard series concentrations of arsenic and mercury were in the range of 0.000-0.080 mg / L and 0.0000-0.0060 mg / L, respectively. The correlation coefficients (r) were 1.0000 and 0.9999, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 4.4% ~ 7.0%; 2.2% ~ 2.4%. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 96.0% to 103% and from 98.0% to 101%, respectively. The detection limits were 0.18ng / ml and 0.022ng / ml, respectively.
