由深圳市人民政府和中国太平洋学会联合举办的《21世纪:香港深圳珠江三角洲互补关系新态势》学术研讨会,于1997年5月13～15日在深圳举行。深圳市委书记厉有为同志为会议致词,市长李子彬同志介绍了深圳市的情况,黄丽满、王炬、武捷思和宋枝旺等市领导到会,并对会议给予关怀,市政府办公厅和接待办为会议提供了良好的环境和条件。会议由著名经济学家、中国太平洋学会会长于光远教授主持,并做了题为《论香港回归后深圳、珠江三角洲与香港优势互补——兼论我国从“一国多制”向“一制多式”加“一国两制”的发展》的主题发言,杜润生、朱厚泽、王治国、刘鸿儒,张序三、罗钰如,陈鲁直、肖向前、张海峰、杨奇、施汉荣等50多位来自全国各地的专家学者参加了会议。会议以邓小平“一国两制,港人治港,高度自治”、江泽民关于深圳特区要发挥“四个作用”要对香港回归繁荣稳定“起促进作用”和李鹏关于特区
