在多级串联理想混合流反应器中进行1/2级不可逆反应时,可用作图法和代数法求出各段反应器的出口浓度。但作图法不够精确,代数法求解又较为繁琐,而且,当反应器个数很多时,上述2种方法则无能为力。本文考虑以上2种方法的不足,就具体实例,开发了另外1种方法,即依据第N段反应器的出口浓度的表达式,利用C++语言编制程序,通过该程序能够快速求出每1段反应器的出口浓度,结果与代数法计算结果基本一致。该法具有简便、精确、高效以及通用的优点,不仅在多级串联理想混合流反应器的设计中具有重要应用价值,而且在实际的化学工业生产中也具有重要意义。
In the multistage tandem ideal mixed flow reactor for 1/2 irreversible reaction, it can be used as a graph method and algebraic method to find out the outlet concentration of each reactor section. However, the plotting method is not accurate enough, and the algebraic method is tedious to solve. Moreover, when the number of reactors is large, the above two methods can not do anything. The method is simple, accurate, efficient and versatile.
