为了充分合理地利用单回路可编程调节器的内部功能资源,提出了使用一台调节器实现两个独立调节回路自动调节的方案。在对KMM单回路调节器的内部功能模块特性、系统组态方式进行分析研究的基础上,使用KMM单回路调节器设计组成了一种实用型自动调节系统。详细介绍了调节器的内部功能分配、分离以及各系统自动跟踪、状态切换、操作、显示功能项目的组态。说明了这一系统的实际使用方法及效果。
In order to make full and rational use of the internal functional resources of the single loop programmable controller, a scheme of using an adjuster to realize the automatic adjustment of two independent adjusting circuits is proposed. Based on the analysis of the internal function modules and the system configuration of the KMM single-loop regulator, the design of the KMM single-loop regulator constitutes a practical automatic adjustment system. Details of the regulator’s internal function allocation, separation and automatic tracking system, state switching, operation, display the configuration of the project. Describes the actual use of the system and effectiveness.
