根据进料实沸点曲线数据将原油分成20个虚拟组分,利用改进松驰法对原油常压塔进行严格计算,得到最佳松驰系数为1.5,其收敛性好,计算精度高,塔板温度的计算误差最大为3.4%,汽液负荷误差最大为9.76%,为常压塔的优化控制及模拟奠定了基础。
The crude oil was divided into 20 virtual components according to the data of the real boiling point of the feedstock. The crude oil was strictly calculated by the improved relaxation method. The optimal relaxation coefficient was 1.5, which showed good convergence and high accuracy. The calculation error of tray temperature was 3.4% and that of vapor-liquid load was 9.76%, which laid the foundation for the optimization control and simulation of atmospheric tower.
