肥胖是一种以脂肪过剩为特征的慢性代谢性疾病,肥胖在全球的迅速流行引起了人们的关注。胆酸转运体ASBT(Apical sodium dependent bile acid transporter,顶膜钠离子依赖性胆汁酸转运体)位于回肠末端,是参与胆汁酸重吸收的重要转运体,在胆汁酸的肝肠循环中发挥重要作用。该转运体的表达量改变,会引起胆汁酸重吸收量发生改变,进而影响脂类物质在小肠中的消化的吸收。对该转运体及其调控机制的研究为降低血脂、血胆固醇,治疗肥胖提供了一种新思路,新方法。
Obesity is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by excess fat, and the rapid global spread of obesity has drawn people’s attention. The bile acid transporter (ASBT) is located at the terminal ileum and is an important transporter involved in bile acid reabsorption. It plays an important role in the enterohepatic circulation of bile acids. Changes in the expression of the transporter, can cause changes in bile acid reabsorption, thereby affecting the absorption of lipids in the small intestine digestion. The study of the transporter and its regulation mechanism provides a new idea and new method for lowering blood lipids, blood cholesterol and treating obesity.
