随着科学技术的不断发展和应用管理水平的不断提高,人们对房屋建筑的要求已经从原有的功能单一化向多元化发展,超大的高层建筑已经引起了人们的广泛注意。为了保证这种超大建筑物的功能正常,无粘结预应力施工技术应运而生,而且发展迅速,不断趋于成熟。无粘结预应力施工技术不仅能够解决建筑物老化、结构裂缝增多的问题,而且能够节约土地资源,缓解土地资源短缺的问题,是国家和社会大力推广的一种施工技术。
