为探讨高氟能否影响体内镁水平,镁盐降氟水能否对机体镁水平有影响。选择9~11岁180名儿童为调查对象,监测儿童尿钙、镁、氟水平,并通过6个月动物饮水实验观察高氟组、镁盐降氟水组动物机体镁、氟水平。结果显示,高氟暴露人群尿氟高(P<0.01),尿钙低(P<0.01),尿镁有低于对照的趋势。动物实验也证实高氟暴露动物机体镁负荷下降。镁盐降氟水可有效地降低动物机体氟负荷,提高动物机体镁水平。提示镁盐降氟水可有效降低机体氟负荷,在一定程度上补充因高氟所致的机体镁不足。
To explore whether high fluoride can affect the level of magnesium in the body, magnesium fluoride can affect the level of magnesium. 180 children from 9 to 11 years old were selected as subjects to monitor urinary calcium, magnesium and fluoride levels in children. The levels of magnesium and fluoride in high fluoride group and magnesium fluoride group were also observed by drinking water for 6 months. The results showed that urine fluoride was higher (P <0.01), urinary calcium was lower (P <0.01), urinary magnesium was lower than the control. Animal experiments also confirmed high fluoride exposure in animals with decreased magnesium load. Magnesium salt fluoride water can effectively reduce the body’s fluoride load and improve the body’s magnesium levels. Tip magnesium fluoride water can reduce the fluoride load of the body, to a certain extent, due to high fluoride due to lack of magnesium in the body.
