众所周知,最近在苏联、东欧各国相继出现了从宪法条文上删除规定党的“领导作用”的条款的动向。这使我回想起1982年底发行的福田丰等人编著的《现代资本主义和社会主义肖像》一书中所说
It is well-known that the recent moves in the Soviet Union and Eastern European countries have successively removed the provisions of the “leading role” of the prescribed parties from the constitutional provisions. This reminds me of the book “Portrait of Modern Capitalism and Socialism” edited by Fukuda Fung et al.
