2010年9月我新接任了高二(2)班班主任,这个班是刚刚组建的理科普通班。我校是普通校,普通校的普通班的教育教学管理对我来说是新的课题,更是新的挑战。苏联教育家马卡连柯说:“没有爱就没有教育。”可见,爱在教育中的重要性。我下定决心,用对学生的爱作为立班之本,本着对学生负责任的态度,积极思考,科学工作。通过一学期的努力,班级工作有了相当的起色,也取得了一些成绩,下面仅就值日问题,谈一下我的体会,不妥之处敬请批评指正。
In September 2010, I took over as Senior High School (2) class teacher, a newly formed regular science class. My school is a common school, ordinary school education and teaching of ordinary classes for me is a new topic, but also a new challenge. The Soviet educator Makarenko said: “There is no education without love.” It shows that the importance of love in education. I am determined to use the love of students as the foundation of the class, in a responsible attitude towards students, positive thinking, scientific work. Through one semester’s hard work, there has been a considerable improvement in class work and some achievements have also been made. The following is a brief review of my understanding on the issue of value and date.
