《劳动合同法》颁布之际,很多单位、员工对劳动合同法的认识非常粗浅,尤其对裁员、签约相关条款存在许多认识上的误区,媒体及网络上很多报道、帖子有牢骚更有误导。本期焦点栏目特刊登劳动法专家就《劳动合同法》中有关裁员和签约等相关条款进行的解读。
At the promulgation of the Labor Contract Law, many units and employees have a very superficial understanding of the labor contract law. In particular, there are many misunderstandings about the relevant provisions of the job cuts and the signing of contracts. Many articles in the media and on the Internet have reported that complaints are more misleading. The focus of this issue is a special edition of labor law experts on the “Labor Contract Law” in the layoffs and signing the relevant provisions of interpretation.
