目的:优选老瓜头中镇痛抗炎活性成分7-脱甲氧基娃儿藤碱的提取工艺。方法:以7-脱甲氧基娃儿藤碱含量为评价指标,采用正交设计L9(34)结合方差分析对甲醇浓度、料液比和超声提取时间3个因素进行优选。结果:7-脱甲氧基娃儿藤碱的最佳提取工艺条件为:80%甲醇,料液比为1∶10,超声提取时间30 min。验证试验表明7-脱甲氧基娃儿藤碱的提取率为308.17±2.3μg/g(RSD=0.7%,n=3)。结论:该实验优化的7-脱甲氧基娃儿藤碱最佳提取工艺稳定、可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of the analgesic and anti-inflammatory active ingredient 7-demethoxy-bornanenine in the head of Gansu. Methods: The 7-desmethoxyborinic acid content was used as evaluation index. The orthogonal design L9 (34) combined with ANOVA was used to optimize the three factors of methanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio and ultrasonic extraction time. Results: The optimum extraction conditions for 7-demethoxyborlyne were as follows: 80% methanol, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:10 and the time of ultrasonic extraction was 30 min. Validation tests showed that the extraction rate of 7-demethoxynemorine was 308.17 ± 2.3 μg / g (RSD = 0.7%, n = 3). Conclusion: The optimal extraction process of 7-demethoxyborohydramine by this experiment is stable and reliable.
