饮食文化是民族文化的重要组成部分,菜肴名称直接反映一个民族的饮食习惯、喜爱、情感,正确翻译汉语饮食方面的词语是规范、发展维语新词语当中一项迫在眉睫的工作,本文主要对汉语菜肴名称的维译方法及规范提出建议。
Food culture is an important part of national culture. The names of dishes directly reflect the dietary habits, affections and emotions of a nation. Correctly translating the words of Chinese diet is an urgent task in regulating and developing new words of Uygur language. Suggestions on how to translate the names and names of cuisines.
