企业是经济组织,是国家社会的基本经济细胞,是实现国强民富的基本物质基础。企业的发展壮大,离不开国家的宏观政策,离不开全球化的竞争融合。但在企业内部,企业领导班子的好坏决定企业的生死存亡。企业领导班子是企业的核心,加强企业领导班子建设是企业做多大、走多远的关键所在。企业领导班子强,则企业生机勃勃,发展强劲;企业班子差,不团结、不作为、搞内耗,则企业四分五裂,危机四伏,直至破产重组或倒闭。
Business is an economic organization, the basic economic cell of a nation’s society, and the basic material basis for achieving the goal of strengthening the people’s well-being and wealth. The development and growth of enterprises can not be separated from the macroeconomic policies of the country and can not be separated from the competition and competition in globalization. However, within the enterprise, the quality of corporate leadership determines the survival of the enterprise. Corporate leadership is the core of an enterprise. Strengthening the construction of an enterprise’s leading body is the key to how big an enterprise can be and how far it should go. Strong business leadership, the business is vigorous, strong development; business team is poor, not united, not as engaged in internal friction, the company fragmented, the crisis, until the bankruptcy reorganization or collapse.
