鞍钢矿业这座“精细、严格、到位”的“矿山”逐渐成长为我国基于全价值链的战略创新管理示范基地,也标志着其向“世界级铁矿山企业”的全面迈进。历经十年,我国钢材价格跌到1994年以前的水平,而铁矿石格却上涨了近4倍。铁矿石高度依赖进口如同套中国钢铁业身上的枷锁,不仅吞着行业微薄的利润,也日益影响钢铁作为国民经济基础工业的战安全。铁矿石成本高,成为我国钢工业实现转型升级必须跨越的槛。
