采用鼠伤寒沙门杆菌回复突变试验(Ames)、体内哺乳动物骨髓细胞嗜多染红细胞微核试验及染色体畸变试验方法进行四乙酰基二苄基六氮杂异伍兹烷(TADB)致突变性研究。在Ames试验中,TADB在加与不加S9时各剂量组对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA97a、TA98、TA100、TA102试验菌株回变菌落数均未超过溶剂对照菌落数2倍,亦无剂量-反应关系;TADB均未引起小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变和嗜多染红细胞微核率增加。提示在本试验条件下TADB不具有致突变作用。
The mutagenicity of tetraacetyldibenzylhexaazaisowurtzitane (TADB) was investigated by using Ames mutation test, micronucleus test of polychromatic erythrocytes in mammalian bone marrow cells and chromosomal aberration test. In the Ames test, the numbers of backtest colonies of Salmonella typhimurium TA97a, TA98, TA100 and TA102 in each dose group of TADB with or without S9 did not exceed 2 times of the number of control colonies and did not have a dose-response relationship. TADB did not cause chromosome aberrations in mouse bone marrow cells and increased micronuclei in polychromatic erythrocytes. Tip TADB does not have mutagenic effects in this test conditions.
