随着社会的发展,时代的进步,经济全球化也逐渐扩延,给我国各大企业的发展带来了全新的机遇和挑战,企业面对全球化的趋势也在不断的提升自身的价值和在市场中的竞争力。人力资源管理是企业发展的核心和重点,在企业资源优化和配置方面以及提升企业竞争力方面都具有重要的意义。所以,当前各大企业对人力资源管理都提高了重视程度,但是怎样创新人力资源管理仍然是需要仔细思考的问题。
