没有教师,就办不成学校,就发展不了我们的教育事业;因此,我们必须尊重教师,进而来发展我们自己。家长把孩子交给我们,我们应该负起责任,但是“养不教,父之过”、“子不学,断机杼”,你们也应有一定的责任。只要我们共同努力,咱们就能永远立于不败之地,咱们的孩子就能够得到长足发展,“跨越式”前进。
