目的探讨PS-100过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器灭菌循环取消的原因,改进操作方法,降低灭菌循环次数及取消率,减少每锅平均灭菌时间。方法随机选取2010年6-12月使用本灭菌器灭菌160锅次为对照组,2011年1-6月改进操作技术后使用本灭菌器灭菌160锅次为观察组,比较两组灭菌循环次数、灭菌循环取消率、每锅平均灭菌时间等。结果对照组160锅次中循环取消29锅次,占总锅次的18.1%,每锅平均灭菌时间为52.5min;观察组160锅次中,循环取消11锅次,占6.89%,每锅平均灭菌时间50.6min;观察组的灭菌效果明显强于对照组(χ2=9.257>3.84,P<0.05)。结论查找原因、改进操作方法可有效降低灭菌循环次数,降低灭菌循环率,减少每锅平均灭菌时间,从而提高工作效率。
Objective To investigate the reasons for eliminating the sterilization cycle of PS-100 hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer, to improve the operation method, to reduce the number of sterilization cycles and the elimination rate, and to reduce the average sterilization time per pot. Methods Sixty-six pots sterilized with this sterilizer were randomly selected from June to December in 2010 as the control group. After the operation technique improved from January to June in 2011, 160 pots sterilized by this sterilizer were used as the observation group. Sterilization cycles, sterilization cycle cancellation rate, the average sterilization time per pot and so on. Results In the control group, the cycle of 160 pots was canceled for 29 pots, accounting for 18.1% of the pots. The average sterilization time per pot was 52.5min. In the 160 pots of the observation group, 11 pots were canceled for circulation, accounting for 6.89% The average sterilization time was 50.6min. The sterilization effect of the observation group was stronger than that of the control group (χ2 = 9.257> 3.84, P <0.05). Conclusion To find out the reasons and improve the operation method can effectively reduce the number of sterilization cycles, reduce the sterilization cycle rate, reduce the average sterilization time per pot, thereby enhancing work efficiency.
