水环境中药品及个人护理品(pharmaceuticals and personal care products,PPCPs)的潜在生态风险已引起广泛关注。细胞色素P450在水生毒理学研究领域发挥着重要作用。本研究介绍了水生生物的P450酶系,综合分析了PPCPs对水生生物P450的影响,探讨了其中几类典型药物的作用机制,并对该领域今后的研究方向进行了展望。
The potential ecological risk of pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) in the water environment has drawn much attention. Cytochrome P450 plays an important role in the field of aquatic toxicology. In this study, we introduced the P450 enzymes of aquatic organisms, analyzed the effects of PPCPs on the P450 of aquatic organisms, discussed the mechanism of action of several typical drugs, and prospected the future research directions in this area.
