2013年9月,习近平总书记在出访哈萨克斯坦期间提出“丝绸之路经济带”战略构想。这一构想更加强调区域合作,鼓励更多的区域联动发展经济。陕西应该契合丝绸之路经济带的发展机遇,构建全新的经济发展模式。本文首先分析丝绸之路经济带提出背景,针对陕西经济发展的现状诊断其存在的主要问题,分析陕西经济发展模式选择的影响因素,尝试探索陕西经济发展模式选择路径。
In September 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategic concept of “Silk Road Economic Belt” during his visit to Kazakhstan. This concept more emphasizes regional cooperation and encourages more regional linkage and economic development. Shaanxi should meet the development opportunities of the Silk Road Economic Belt and build a brand-new economic development mode. This paper first analyzes the background of the Silk Road Economic Belt, analyzes the main problems existing in Shaanxi’s economic development, analyzes the influencing factors of Shaanxi’s economic development model selection, and attempts to explore the path of Shaanxi’s economic development model selection.
