为应对全球气候变化,实现资源环境和社会经济协调发展,发展低碳经济已成为必然选择。中国碳排放量主要受工业的主体地位、能效技术严重滞后以及贸易结构与经济发展模式等因素的影响,推动低碳经济发展已经非常必要和紧迫。为推动我国低碳经济健康持续发展,今后应采取以下策略:倡导健康文明的低碳消费模式、培养低碳环保理念、大力推进低碳经济和循环经济发展、打造低碳生活新路、努力提高我国低碳技术水平等。
In order to cope with global climate change and realize the coordinated development of resources, environment and social economy, it has become an inevitable choice to develop a low-carbon economy. China’s carbon emissions are mainly affected by the dominant position of industry, the serious lag of energy efficiency technologies and the trade structure and economic development mode. It is very necessary and urgent to promote the development of a low-carbon economy. In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of low-carbon economy in our country, we should adopt the following strategies in the future: promote a healthy and civilized low-carbon consumption pattern, cultivate a low-carbon environmental protection concept, vigorously promote the development of a low-carbon economy and a recycling economy, create a new low- China’s low-carbon technology and so on.
